The Academy of Culinary Arts APAC is an institution of culinary education guided by the latest world trends dedicated to training culinary professionals through comprehensive programs and under the highest international standards. With more than 11 years of experience APAC seeks to offer professional development opportunities to the Hispanic–American community in the United States.

APAC was born in 2007 in El Salvador, with the objective of providing a top-notch culinary education and produce culinary professionals utilizing innovative techniques with a staff of internationally certified culinary instructors with vast experience in the world of gastronomy. All this in order to guarantee an integral gastronomic education that forms top-level culinary professionals. This is why APAC has decided to expand internationally.

To be the leading gastronomic academy with solid prestige at an international level though innovation in culinary techniques and methods for the training of professionals who acquired the necessary skills for gastronomic success.

We are a company that provides a comprehensive knowledge of culinary art generating professionals committed to the range of gastronomy being backed by the International certification of The Ibero – American forum of Professional Gastronomic Organizations.

INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED

The Pan American Academy of Culinary Arts is recognized with the highest award of three stars. Awarded by the Ibero-American Forum of Professional Gastronomic Organizations that certifies the international quality of education and infrastructure of the academy according to the International Standards under which the FIOGP (by its initials in Spanish) is governed.
